Once your order has been placed, please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to be processed, unless you are local.

CANADA

All parcels within Canada will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. All Parcel Delivery Time Standards are in accordance with Canada Post's guidelines.

 British Columbia/Alberta

1-4 business days (remote locations please allow up to 6 business days) 

Saskatchewan/Manitoba/Ontario

4-6 business days (remote locations please allow up to 13 business days)

Quebec

5-7 business days (remote locations please allow up to 13 business days)

NB/NS/PE/NL 

7-8 business days (remote locations please allow up to 13 business days)

USA

All packages shipped to the United States are shipped via Canada Post.

  • Shipping Times are 7 business days to all major USA centres (please allow up to 14 business days outside of major cities)
  • All customs and duties taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and may be charged at delivery by USPS (these fees are charged at USPS’ discretion). Luca Elle Boutique is not responsible for customs and duties taxes.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipping please expect extreme shipping delays due to COVID19 and border closures. Canada Post estimates 20 to 60 business days but could be up to 80 days

 

Luca Elle is not responsible for parcels where the wrong address was inputted during checkout so please review all orders carefully.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be authorized by email at hello@lucaelle.com and must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with all tags attached. Returns that are missing tags and/or damaged will not be processed and will not be returned to sender. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will issue you a Luca Elle gift card.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Luca Elle Boutique is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.

*Promo codes must be used at time of order, and may not be applied once an order has been submitted

Pre-Orders:
*Our shipping ETA may be subject to a slight delay or early arrival based on customs processes outside of our control. 

*If you place an order with other items, your whole order will ship once your pre-order arrives.

*No returns, exchanges or cancellations on pre-orders. These are special orders, just for you so make sure you choose the right size.
